Both brokers are supporters of community organizations such as Sierra Nevada College, The Chamber of Commerce, American Association of University Women, Pet Network (Founder's Club), and are active in fundraising for Incline schools. Through the Intero Foundation, they donate a portion of every commission to local charities.

Janet and Val have an extensive background in construction and development in Incline Village. With local architects and contractors, they have built and remodeled numerous high-end homes in Incline Village. They are exceptionally qualified to represent the finest properties in the area.
